Does the phone come with a phone plan?

The phone is delivered without a phone plan. To use our phone, you will need a subscription with a phone operator and a SIM card (micro SIM or nano SIM format depending on the phone chosen).
Does the phone work with all phone operators?

The phone is compatible with all French telephone operators.
How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs are automatically calculated based on the order amount in your basket.

An additional charge of €30 including VAT will be applied for delivery to Corsica.
How can I return a product?

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 24 to 48 hours in mainland France, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How do I place an order on your website?

Simply click on the item you wish to purchase by clicking on "add" and once your basket is validated, follow the payment steps.
What is the order processing time?

Each of our customers' orders is processed within 12 to 48 hours and you will be notified by email or SMS when your order is shipped.
Can I handle the product to check its condition?

You may inspect the product, but do not use or handle it in any way that could damage it or alter its original condition. It is the consumer's responsibility to repackage the product so that it is not damaged during return shipping.
